So much of our lives can be seen as a series of patterns. Patterns in our behaviours, how we respond and react to situations, how we relate to different people and even what we choose to hear in our inner voice.
Sometimes those patterns get stuck in a loop, or are applied in a way that they don’t help us to be the person we want to be or do the things we want to do. For some this could be a pattern in how they run a response to a fear or anxiety, or for others maybe a pattern in how they communicate with the people around them.

Anxiety
Anxiety is an increasingly common experience for people and it can affect different people in many different ways. Is your social anxiety stopping you from enjoying time with friends and family? Or stopping you making new friends? Does the idea of public speaking seem to freeze your mind? Are you so anxious you will make the wrong decision that you are stuck in decision making limbo?

Alcohol dependancy
Do you automatically reach for that glass of wine or beer at the end of the day? Have you found yourself relying on that drink to wind down, calm anxieties or numb the pain or loneliness? Gut health and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
There is growing strong evidence that support the effectiveness of gut-directed hypnotherapy for treating IBS symptoms. This includes anxiety, gut pain management and to support relevant lifestyle and behaviour changes to manage IBS.
